Suggested use:

– Consistency, as with any CBD supplement, is key for success.
– Store in a cool dry place.
– Shake well before use.
– Dropper use: Gently squeeze the rubber end and release.
– For best results and fastest absorption, hold the oil under your tongue for a minute or two.
– Alternatively, mix the oil with your favourite food or drink.
